Make your student feel extra special on their birthday by adding a Happy Birthday Message to the marquee on Ingraham street. Please fill out the form below to submit your request. The form will direct you to PayPal to make a payment. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay.
The cost is $6.00. If you are unable to submit the form online please email us at cpjmusicacademy@gmail.com to arrange to get a paper copy and make payment. The front office has limited information on this so please be sure to reach out to us directly with any questions or concerns.
Important Information:
All submissions must be entered one week prior to the students birthday.
The message will appear on the date of your students birthday and will remain up for one week.
No late submissions will be accepted due to the nature of the time requirements to update the marquee.
